John Farmer - IMPORTANT 9/11 COURT ACTION

John Stephen Farmer sta affrontando un'importante azione legale verso la NTSB, il Dipartimento della Giustizia Americana e il Dipartimento dei Trasporti.

I risultati di tale procedimento potrebbero dare una reale svolta alla ricerca su AA77 perché i dati richiesti permetterebbero una comprensione definitiva delle diverse incongruenze fra i documenti rilasciati fino ad oggi.

La causa ha infatti l'intento di rendere pubblici tutti i documenti sul ritrovamento e sulla catena di custodia del FDR di AA77 nonché il rilascio dello stream originale binario dello stesso Fligth Data Recorder in waveform data. Inoltre vengono richiesti i dati radar della base militare di Andrews, dell'Aeroporto Dulles di Washington e del Reagan International - in custodia presso la FAA.

Memphis, TN - On January 29, 2008, a Complaint for Injunctive Relief was filed with the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee located in Memphis, Tennessee against the following defendants:

The complaint seeks records pertaining to the recovery and custody of the flight data recorder from American Airlines Flight 77 from the NTSB and FBI, and a copy of the original serial bit stream (binary 1’s and 0’s) in waveform format. It further seeks the radar data from Andrews AFB, Dulles and Reagan International Airports in the custody of the FAA.
