Identify, as specifically as possible, areas in current building and fire codes, standards, and practices that warrant revision.

- funzionamento dei sistemi di sicurezza e corrispondenza di questi alle norme vigenti (attrezzature presenti nelle TT)
- analisi del comportamento della struttura complessa dell'edificio, in presenza di un "certo" numero di parti lesionate dall'impatto dell'aereo e in presenza di un "certo" numero di parti "snervate" dal calore sviluppatosi
