Le due cose sono vincolate e non svincolate. Se hai la north path hai per forza il flyover. E' facile.

Beh, te l'ho spiegato nel post #76, quello che hai poi deciso di non considerare: Gage prende le distanze dal flyover per via delle testimonianze, non prende le distanze dalla north path. Anzi, scarta il flyover proprio in virtù delle testimonianze d'impatto, e se accetti le testimonianze d'impatto a maggior ragione devi accettare quelle della north path.
